Welcome
The Staging process begins with a Staging Consultation & Report. We’ll tour your property with “Buyer’s Eyes, discuss your budget, timeframe & requirements, take photos & measurements and then prepare a detailed report on ways to best package your property for sale. The report will cover recommended repairs – as well as room-by-room strategies to improve the look and marketability of your property. Should you have the time and resources, this report will serve as a guide for staging the property yourself.
- Cost: $350 for detailed report with photos (ready within 48 hours)
- $200 for a verbal report
2. Preparation
Most homeowners choose to handle the preparation phase on their own – with the exception of shopping for accessories. For clients
without a lot of time or those living outside the local area -- we can handle all or part of the process for you.
- Cost: $75/hour for shopping and overseeing repairs and tradespeople on your behalf. Project fees are also available.
The cost of staging depends on the size and scope of the project – including:
- The number of stagers and amount of time required.
- Range of accessories needed
- Furniture rental requirements
A cost estimate will be provided to you together with the Staging Consultation report.
- Stager Fees are:
$1,200/day for 2 stagers ($650 per half day)
- Accessories
Can be purchased for you at cost (shopping fees apply) or rented to you on a monthly basis (3 month minimum + tax). Accessories generally include artwork, high-end silk plants and flowers, drapes/curtains, linens, glassware and decorative items.
- Furniture rental
If rental furniture is needed – we will make the selections for you and coordinate all delivery and pick-ups. The contract will be directly between you and the furniture rental company. Furniture companies require a 3 month minimum on rentals. Tax, insurance and delivery charges apply.
4. Photo Shoot & Open House Preparations
For busy people living in the homes they’re selling – we offer 2 hour preparation package prior to photo shoots and open houses. We’ll come in for 2 hours and restore your staging to perfection!
- Cost: $250
Other Services
- Shopping: $75/hour
Supervision of Tradespeople: $75/hour
Move-in Service: $150/hour. (includes 2 Stagers )
